Product Description
The chain bucket elevator is composed of the head section, middle casing, bottom section, plate chain and bucket. The traction component of the chain bucket elevator is the plate chain, which adopts low alloy steel forging, quenching, and other processes to achieve higher tensile strength and wear resistance. The bottom of the chain bucket elevator is provided with a gravity automatic take-up device. The gravity can be adjusted according to the actual situation, and can ensure the plate chain tensioning force, prevent the chain from slipping.
The chain bucket elevator is used for vertically transporting powder , granular and block material , and also high grinding material , such as slag , limestone , cement raw material , cement clinker , coal , dry clay etc. Material temperature is less than 250ºC.

- Chain bucket elevator adopts gravity take-up device, achieve to automatic tensioning, avoiding de-chaining.
- The drive device is equipped with backstop to prevent the equipment from reversing and damaging the bucket elevator.
- The head sprocket consists of a hub and a split ring gear which easily replaced and saved the maintenance cost.
- Tail sprocket with light teeth, effectively prevent head and tail out of sync caused by skipping teeth and wear.
- Traction components adopt sleeve roller chain, which effectively cut back the wear and tear of traction parts.
