Bucket Elevator is an efficient conveyor for the vertical lifting bulk materials. The bucket of the Bucket Elevator scoops up the material from the storage below, lifts it to the top with the conveyor belt or chain, turns it downward after bypassing the top wheel, and then dumps the material into the discharge chute. According to the material characteristics and field environment, we can choose Belt type Bucket Elevator or Chain type Bucket Elevator. Bucket Elevators can be used in cement, electricity, Chemical, metallurgy, food, and other industries.
The traction parts of the bucket lifting machine can use a traction belt or high strength chain. By fixing the hopper to the haulage belt or chain, the material is continuously transported upward. The bucket elevator is composed of a sprocket/drum, chain/belt, drive device, head section, chassis, tail section, and so on. It is especially suitable for continuous vertical conveying of granular, powdery, and block materials.
