Description:

The mineral sizer crusher has been designed for the secondary and tertiary crushing of medium-hard, sticky and soft materials such as coal, lignite, clay, limestone, and other bituminous and sub-bituminous materials. Boasting an impressive list of design features that includes a highly efficient hydraulic drive system, easy selective piece sizing controls, intelligent load sensing system and a five function remote control; the mineral sizer crusher is packed with the most up to date technology and components. Asset protection is provided via an effective tramp protection cycle that allows for the chamber to automatically open when non-crushable material is detected. The rolls return to the selected piece sizing program for continual operation.  Combining a twin tooth rotor design and a single deck pre-screen allow fines to pass through either before the material reaches the chamber or by falling between the crushing rolls without being further crushed. Thus increasing processing efficiency and throughput whilst reducing wear and dust creation.

 

Sizers Toothed Roller:

According to the characteristics of crushing materials provided by customers, inlet and outlet particle size, handling capacity, and other factors, the teeth of our crusher can be divided into two categories:

Primary sizers toothed roller

The primary crusher teeth are arranged in a special spiral shape. The teeth are made of wear-resistant and impact-resistant alloy steel by integral precision casting heat treatment. The teeth are heated by a solid high-frequency heating device and then installed on the shaft, which makes the match between teeth and shaft more reliable.
Crushing strength up to 250Mpa, hardness HRC≥45-55, impact toughness ≥45kg· M/cm2. Reasonable tooth shape arrangement not only makes the tooth roller bite the material ability strong, improves the crushing efficiency, but also makes the lump rate high, reduces the powder material generation.

Secondary sizers toothed roller

The secondary crusher teeth adopt a tooth plate structure. The tooth plate is made of special steel ZGMn13Cr2 precision casting and heat treatment. The fixed form of the tooth plate adopts a unilateral dovetail groove, which is complementary to the inclined plane of the insert clamping block. Then the tooth plate is installed on the tooth plate base to form a face-to-face connection, which is tightened and pressed by high-strength bolts.
