The conveyor idler is an important part of any conveyor system because they are used to effectively support the conveyor belt and bulk materials. Conveyor idlers consist of shell, shaft, bearing, bearing housing and seal assembly. Our conveyor idlers has unique structure, operate steadily and long service life.
Structure:
1.Seal assembly
The seal assembly form is non-contact labyrinth seal structure, and has good waterproof and dustproof performance.
2. Bearing
The bearing adopts special C3 clearance grade deep groove ball bearing, which can realize lifetime maintenance free and extend the service life of the bearing.
3. Shaft
Advanced Chamfer milling machine is used to perform accurate machining at both ends of the shaft, so as to ensure that the axial displacement of the idler is almost zero.
4. Bearing housing
The fabrication of the bearing housing consists of a multi-stage precision automatic pressing operation, which ensure high accuracy of bearing and sealing position.
5. Shell
The shell adopts special ratio-frequency welded pipe with small ellipticity, which can effectively guarantee the concentricity of idler and minimize the rotation resistance of idler.

Trough Ilder:Trough Ilder are the most commonly used on the belt conveyor.The groove angles of EXCT trough Ilder sets are 10°,20°,35°,45°, and can customize production according to different standards by customers, such as JIS, CEMA, DIN, ISO, GB, AS, GOST.
Impact Ilder: The impact Ilder is generally installed in the area where the belt conveyor receives materials. The surface of the impact Ilder is a rubber ring that absorbs impact forces and minimizes the damage of materials to the belt.
Return Ilder: The return Ilder is used to support the belt to prevent stretching and sagging. EXCT return Ilder sets consist of a single Ilder mounted on two drop brackets.
Self Aligning Trough Ilder: Installing a certain number of self-aligning Ilder on the belt conveyor can effectively prevent the belt from deviating, thus preventing the material from leaking from the belt.
Self Aligning Return Ilder: The self-aligning return Ilder can effectively solve the deviation problem of the return belt. EXCT self-aligning return Ilder has the ability to pivot at the center guided by edge Ilders which in turn aligns the belt.
Comb Ilder: The comb Ilder can prevent the belt from deviating and clean the adhesive on the belt. Especially, when the belt conveyor transports sticky materials, the most difficult problem to solve is how to remove the materials stuck on the belt. EXCT's comb Ilder is one of the best options to solve this problem.
- The idler shell uses high frequency welded pipe, the shaft adopts cold drawn round steel to promote sturdy and durable of idler.
- Conveyor idler has small resistance, low total indication runout (T.I.R.) , which can reduce the wear of the belt.
- Adopt special technology, can reduce the inner stress and welding heat deformation produced during assembling substantially.
- Rotate resistance is small, weight is stable, service life can be more than 50000 hours.
