The Z type bucket elevator is used for transport material through bucket suspended from the chain. The Z bucket elevator integrates the horizontal conveying and vertical lifting of materials, thus, one set Z type bucket elevator can replace the traditional horizontal conveyor + vertical bucket elevator + horizontal conveyor three equipment combination. It can be fed at a single point or multiple points, and also the single or multi-point discharge can be completed by the unloading device.
The material of Bucket is generally ultra-high molecular polyethylene, ordinary carbon steel and stainless steel. The chain is made of hardened alloy steel with high strength, high wear resistance, and long service life.
